By using the DB Precision website or mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
DB Precision Services
DB Precision provides baseball player development programs, training content, workout programming, swing analysis tools, metrics tracking, and related coaching services through our website and mobile application.
Training and Performance Disclaimer
DB Precision programs are educational and developmental in nature. Participation in any athletic training program involves physical activity and inherent risk. Consult a physician before beginning any training program. DB Precision is not responsible for injuries that occur during training.
No Guarantee of Results
DB Precision does not guarantee specific athletic outcomes, performance improvements, scholarship offers, recruiting results, draft selections, or roster spots. Results vary based on individual effort, ability, and other factors outside DB Precision's control.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and onboarding. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Athlete and Parent Responsibilities
Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that youth athletes have appropriate supervision and safe training environments. DB Precision content is intended to supplement, not replace, in-person coaching and supervision.
Payments and Access
Access to DB Precision programs is granted upon successful payment through Stripe. Payments are processed on a monthly subscription basis. Cancellation policies are communicated during onboarding. DB Precision reserves the right to revoke access for violations of these terms.
Coach and Organization Access
Coaches and organization admins agree to use DB Precision tools only for legitimate athlete development purposes within their assigned organizations. Misuse of athlete data or platform access may result in termination.
Content Ownership
All DB Precision training content, programs, terminology, videos, drills, and materials are the intellectual property of DB Precision LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell DB Precision content without written permission.
Videos, Metrics, and Training Data
Athlete-uploaded content remains the property of the athlete. By uploading content to DB Precision, you grant DB Precision a limited license to use that content to deliver coaching services within the platform.
AI and Analysis Features
AI-powered features within DB Precision are tools to support development. They are not a substitute for professional coaching judgment. DB Precision makes no guarantee about the accuracy of AI-generated analysis.
App Usage Rules
You agree not to misuse the DB Precision application, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, share account access with unauthorized users, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of Liability
DB Precision LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the current billing period.
Changes to Terms
DB Precision reserves the right to update these Terms of Use. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
